Shipping

All orders ship from our warehouse in Owings Mills, Maryland via USPS by first class or priority mail. Orders are produced and shipped within 1-7 days of placing an order depending on the time of year and production volume. If an ornament is backordered, the customer will be contacted via email with specific timing details. While many packages are delivered to domestic destinations within 7-10 days of being shipped from our facility, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time due to many factors beyond our control including weather, Canadian customs, personnel shortages due to COVID and general USPS volume especially during December. Delivery delays may occur without warning. Refunds or order cancellations will not be issued if a package arrives after the Christmas holiday due to USPS delivery issues or delays. All customers receive a USPS tracking number via email which is used to determine delivery confirmation. Returns

All ornaments are hand customized by professional artists and not by computerized machines. Due to the unique handwriting of each artist, we do not guarantee a specific writing style. Unless specifically requested by the customer via the Special Instructions portion of the ordering form, text placement, size and letter choice (uppercase or lowercase) is ultimately determined by the assigned artist in order to create a balanced and attractive keepsake. Customers are encouraged to contact Customer Service (customerservice@personalizedornamentsforyou.com) with questions or concerns before placing an order to ensure ornaments are completed accurately. Should an item arrive with an error or is otherwise damaged, contact Customer Service within 15 days of receipt for next steps. Refer to all Sales and Cancellations policies here.
