Below are some common errors that other customers have experienced while attempting to complete their purchases. Any of these issues will cause the order to not progress any further:
- Using an outdated browser
- Mismatched emails (a capital letter on one email vs. not having one on the other)
- Mismatched billing address (address is different than what your bank has on record for you)
- One of the four required boxes is left unchecked
- The dropdown for “How did you find us?” question is left empty
