Q) I would like to browse your site, but I am not ready to buy. How can I keep track of all the items I want to order?

A)

We recommend becoming a registered user on our site. Once registered with our site, you will have an option to add items to a Wish List. This is the best way to keep track of the items you would like to buy whether they are in stock, out of stock or just something to consider for future purchases.

Q) Do you accept orders over the phone?

A)

We do not accept phone orders. Please complete all orders using our secure online checkout form. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover on our encrypted site which offers you a safe shopping experience.

Q) Are there any hidden customization fees?

A)

All personalizations on our ornaments are complimentary. If you would like to add a paw print or a heart to any personalized ornament, you may do so free of charge. Please use the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” box during the check-out process to communicate this information to us.

Q) Are all of your products able to be personalized?

A)

All of the items on our site, less a handful, are able to be personalized. Due to the nature of our ornaments, there may be a limited space for us to write text. In order to create special keepsakes that have the best appearance, Personalized Ornaments For You reserves the right to write in CAPITALS, all lower case letters or make an appropriate abbreviation when needed.  You may request that your order be written in all capital letters via the Special Instructions portion of the ordering form.

Q) I added items to my shopping cart and need to remove them. How do I do this?

A)

There are two ways to alter your shopping cart. If you would like to remove all items and you are in the shopping cart, there is a button that says REMOVE. Click on that button for each item you would like to remove. If you would like to alter the quantity of the item, please click on the button labeled MODIFY to change the quantity or spelling for an item.

Q) I am trying to place an order for personalized ornaments, but my credit card keeps getting DECLINED. Please help!

A)

Please be sure that you are entering both the credit card number correctly as well as the 3 digit CVV code on the back of the card. Next, be sure you are not over your credit limit. Personalized Ornaments For You requires that the BILLING ADDRESS match the mailing address for credit card statements. This measure helps protect against credit card fraud. All credit card processing is completed off-site and our representatives do not have access to credit card numbers. Please contact your bank for more information regarding your account if you need additional assistance.

Q) I tried to enter a promo/coupon code which I got from a third-party online coupon site. Your site would not accept it. Why not?

A)

Personalized Ornaments For You does not maintain relationships with online coupon code generator sites. Our customers receive sale notifications via email directly from Personalized Ornaments For You. Please be sure to join our mailing list and follow us on Social Media so that you can learn of our specials offered January through October.  Unless otherwise stated, coupons cannot be combined with any other offers and cannot be applied to previous purchases.  All buy 3 or 4 ornaments and get 1 free ornament promotions are applicable to orders completed in one purchase transaction.  If you have any questions regarding discounts or promotions, be sure to contact Customer Service before completing your purchase.

Q) I placed my order but have not received a confirmation email from you. Why not?

A)

All customers should receive an emailed confirmation from us immediately once an order is submitted. If you did not receive this email, please make sure that you have provided us with your correct email address and check your spam/junk folders. (If your confirmation did go directly to your spam or junk mail, please mark us as safe so that we may correspond with you if we have questions about your order.) Q) Do you offer bulk discounts on ornaments?

Yes! From January through October, we offer a 20% discount if you order 10 or more of the same item. Please contact us at customerservice@personalizedornamentsforyou.com for more information.

Q) What does it mean to "pre-order" an ornament?

A)

Throughout the year, we may list an ornament for “pre-sale”.  This means that our manufacturer is processing our order and that the ornaments offered for “pre-sale” are en route to us. In many cases, the estimated arrival timeframe for pre-ordered ornaments is 1 to 2 months.  When it is received in our warehouse, your order (in its entirety) will be completed and shipped.  We are a point of sale company and your card will be charged upon checkout for the purchase.  For security purposes, we do not store credit card information and issue the charge at the time you give consent for your purchase. If you have questions about this process, contact us BEFORE you complete your online checkout.
